We are currently recruiting Senior Consultants or Consultants for our agrochemical sector to be based in our Edinburgh, Cardiff or Swansea offices, although other locations may be negotiated for the right candidates. The successful candidates will provide high level environmental modelling, environmental fate or ecotoxicology risk assessment services to our Clients, supporting the submission of agrochemical dossiers under Regulation EC 1107/2009.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Evaluation of data
- Study monitoring
- Environmental fate evaluation, environmental modelling or ecotoxicology risk assessment
- Dossier compilation & expert report authoring
- Project & Client management
The successful candidates will also be expected to represent the company at conferences and exhibitions, promoting the Company’s services by obtaining speaking and/or exhibiting opportunities.
The Candidate:
You will be degree educated and ideally have significant hands-on GLP laboratory experience and/or a proven track record of agrochemical registration derived from an industrial and/or consultancy environment. You must be an effective communicator, who is well organised with a keen eye for detail.
You will also be a strong relationship builder who is innovative and is adept at working from their own initiative and equally well working as part of a larger project team. You will approach your work with a positive attitude and be curious about the challenges offered by new projects.
