The European Chemicals Agency has finalised it's review of 55 EOGRTS (Extended One-Generation Reproductive Toxicity Study - OECD 443). This review includes key shortcomings identified alongside recommendations for conduct and submission of studies. For this study ECHA strongly recommend the full study report is attached in IUCLUD to aid with interpretation for example.
The report was originally to include review of 100 studies, but after review of 40-50 the experts involved concluded that review of all 100 wouldn't bring additional value.
