The proposals for the revision of the EU CLP regulation are now publicly available.
- The legislative proposal amending the CLP regulation. It will now be subject to the approval of the European Parliament and Council (co-decision).
- The Commission Delegated Act introducing the new hazard classes. It is expected to enter into force early next year, after scrutiny by the European Parliament and Council.
